What Qualifies
- Items returned within 60 days of the delivery date
- Products in original condition: clean, undamaged by misuse, with packaging and tags where possible
- Purchases made directly through our store
What Does Not Qualify
- Personalized items — products customized with a name patch or personal engraving are made-to-order and are not returnable unless defective or incorrectly produced
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or incidents beyond normal use
- Items returned after the 60-day window
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Reach Out
Visit our Contact page with your order number and a short note about why the item didn't work out. No forms of interrogation — honest feedback helps us improve.
Step 2: Receive Instructions
Our team will reply within 24-48 hours with return authorization and a free return shipping label for eligible returns.
Step 3: Send It Back
Pack the item securely and drop off the package. Keep your carrier receipt until your refund confirms.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days after we receive the return
- Money is credited back to your original payment method
- Your bank may add 1-3 business days to post the credit
- You will receive an email the moment your refund is released
Return Shipping Costs
Return labels are free for all eligible returns — defective, incorrect, or standard 60-day returns. You pay nothing.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Different color? Contact us via our Contact page and we will arrange an exchange as quickly as stock allows. Harness and collar sizing help is available before you reorder — we would much rather fit your dog perfectly than process a refund.
Partial Refunds
If a bundle promotion is returned with only part of its contents, the refund equals the amount paid minus the normal price of the kept items. We will always explain the math before processing.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
